Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions between K.R. Steel Udyog Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”) and its customers (“Buyer”). By placing an order with us, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.

1. General

1.1 These Terms apply to all sales of goods and services by the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.2 Any modifications to these Terms must be approved by the Company in writing.

2. Quotations and Orders

2.1 Quotations provided by the Company are valid for a period of 14 days, unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Orders are considered accepted only after written confirmation by the Company.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and transportation costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date unless specified in the invoice or contract.
3.3 Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.

4. Delivery and Risk

4.1 The Company will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the goods within the agreed timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

5. Quality and Specifications

5.1 The Company guarantees that all goods will meet the specifications provided in the order confirmation.
5.2 The Buyer must inspect goods upon delivery and notify the Company of any defects or discrepancies within 7 days.
5.3 The Company reserves the right to replace or repair defective goods at its discretion.

6. Returns and Cancellations

6.1 Goods may not be returned without the prior written consent of the Company.
6.2 Orders may be canceled only with the Company’s approval and may be subject to cancellation charges.

7. Liability

7.1 The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the defective goods.
7.2 The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit or business.

8. Force Majeure

The Company will not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the products, designs, or technical information provided by the Company remain its exclusive property.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
10.2 Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated in writing or through our official channels.
